When you get a motherboard that has an AGP 4x slot, will a AGP 8x still run with it (slightly slower?) or do you haev to have a AGP 8x slot?

If you put an 8x card in a 4x motherboard the card will only run at 4x but you probably wouldn't notice it.

This motherboard is AGP 8x and the gfx card is only AGP 4x.
