Well, this is how the draw looks, with my predictions on the left.

AWAY --- Bristol City Vs Southampton
HOME --- Eveton Vs Charlton
AWAY --- Forest Vs Portsmouth
AWAY --- Blackburn Vs Liverpool
HOME --- Bolton Vs Gillingham
HOME --- Wigan Vs Middlesbrough
AWAY --- Blackpool Vs Crystal Palace
HOME --- Wolves Vs Burnley
HOME --- Chelsea Vs Notts County
AWAY --- QPR Vs Man City
HOME --- Reading Vs Huddersfield
HOME --- Aston Villa Vs Leicester
HOME --- Tottenham Vs West Ham
HOME --- Arsenal Vs Rotherham
AWAY --- Newcastle Vs West Brom
AWAY --- Leeds Vs Manchester United

Looks like Chelsea could hit double figures here. The plum tie would have to be Blackburn Vs Liverpool.

Villa should go through to the next round.

Also, Chels will go for this cup coz they aint gelled enough to win the league yet, but when we do, I dont think anyone can stop us."

Careful, now... You're beginning to sound about as cocky as those Arsé'ole fans get whenever they win a game!

Middlesborough will be excluded from the competition for some reason or another. Brighton will be reinstated (Boro knocked out B'ton in Rnd 2) and will go on to win the cup.

Looking at how Leeds' season is likely to go (á la West Ham United), I'd say it's safe-to-say it should be some what of a "walkover" for Man United - no matter which team he decides to play.

And as for Souhtampton, I really think we stand a chance against them.
They're not in the greatest form of their lives, where as, we're on the uprise, after a great win against Watford in the last round, and some improvements in league performances.

Anyone know which game(s) is/are being shown live on Sky?

Chelsea will be desperate to win anything this year so I can see them as serious contenders for the league cup. Liverpool/Blackburn must be the tie of the round. Once again we will be after this competition after winning it twice in three years! Other contendors I reckon will be Man Utd, Villa and for some reason Spurs

I have a feeling it will be Villa Liverpool in the final, providing they don't play each other early on. But then again, Chelsea could beat everyone.

No, need to have faith in Town going through and getting a home tie against Liverpool. That way I get to wear my ankle length 'red' coat while sat in the middle of the Town fans.

Looking innocent and claiming ignorance at the glares I'll get, just like last time I did this :)
