A female friend of mine got a penile enlargement email and did something similar. Sent a reply saying "Do you have anything for boobs? Or my clitoris?" They didn't respond.
I get one every few days on my AOL address, offering me a pen!s enlargement. I wrote them back saying it would take a miracle to enlarge it. I was joking, of course.
