He has suffered a heart attack and passed away in Paris.
Palmer's songs included "Some guys have all the luck", "Johnny and Mary" and "Every Kinda People".

This sucks. Robert Palmer made some excellent music.

Check out his 'Heavy Nova' album. It's full of classics.

Simply Irresistable was another excellent track as was I didn't mean to turn you on.
