Not knowing much about Canadian education number/level things, except that there's probably a reasonable chance it matches the American equivalent, these numbers don't mean much to me.
It's probably just as true to say that my 2:1 doesn't mean anything to people I've sent my resume to (though if grade 12 is required for monkey work something in the 2s doesn't look great!).
Google's not very helpful, so I thought I'd ask you guys.
Anyone know about the grading system, and what their equivalent of a 2:1 is?

I'm thinking about setting slightly higher sights for my job search too.
If I go for something in an office. Though the 1 year thing may hold me back. But there'd be a decent wage, steady salary, decent work.
The lack of office experience may be a pretty big barrier too...
And I'm still at the time when it feels just a little too early to apply for listed vacancies (going in late October)
