Lucky the rest of my group usualy does it then, while I yell instructions and jump to 'Weenie Beenie'
Even in my second year, we don't do anything over 10 minutes. It takes weeks just to plan, film and edit a five minute programme.
So how exactly should I structure it? I don't need to go into detail such as
Opening Titles - blah blah blah
Scene 1 - blah blah blah
Scene 2 - blah blah blah
etc... do I? Heh I have no idea what to include. (Only started my media course a month ago)
Just remember, proposal is WHAT you want to do, treatment is HOW you're going to do it. And when filming, don't worry about sticking to your treatment.
Hell, I never look at my treatment after writing it. In fact, most of us write our treatments AFTER we've finished filming, which totally negates the point of them (we only write them because they need to be handed in)
This isn't neccessarily you writing about how the film unfolds second by second, it's more overall than that. It should describe premise, style, any particularly different ideas that are used in the piece, and anything else you consider relevant.
A "Treatment" also usually ends with a breakdown of estimated production time and cost.
