The www redirect on our sites will take about an hour to resolve again. IP's have changed so DNS needs to update. Just remove the www. and it'll work fine.

Site was generating same thing for me earlier, plus all kinds of SQL errors. Seems everything's back to normal now though...

You need some sort of Status page your customers could view if there are problems affecting them from logging in to manage their domains etc.:¬P

We're in the process of moving all the servers that host our main sites. Secure was running slow as a lot of data was being transferred.
All will be right in the end*!:P

Someone's probably trying out phuzzy's .htaccess tips :¬)
FWIW The site has been running slowly for me today - especially the secure [https] pages... When I logged in this morning it took ages and then I received a failure message asking me to phone 0871 etc. but I was actually logged in.
Perhaps Freeola are making some changes today?
I don't like to bring these things up first as it always seems to be me! ;¬)
