"Dead Website"

There's a website I use to visit daily as it was the best source of info etc for one of my favourite bands. Around 3 months ago it just didn't work anymore and that includes the forum there which isn't hosted on the users site.

But the thing is, the website does work for other people without a problem, jsut like normal. But for me, it just loads slowly like the site is down or something and in the end doesnt load at all.

Whats going on then?

Which version of Windows are you using ? (I have problems accesing a site with NT at work but works fine with XP at home)
