Well....i did actually. I shot myself in the hand with a BB gun. In scientific fashion, heres how it went down:
00.00.01 sec - It was a right laugh, it couldn't have gone more perfectly
00.00.02 sec - It started to sting like you wouldn't believe. I felt like crying.
00.00.03 sec - The pain got worse, I wanted to die.
00.00.06 sec - The initial pain had subsided, now a dull throbbing
00.00.08 sec - A red mark appeared in the palm of my hand, very strange
00.00.10 sec - The red mark grew into a more visible wound.
00.00.30 sec - All pain had gone, blood could be seen forming under the skin in a small circle where the pellet had made impact
00.01.00 sec - The, what was now, blood blister continued to grow.
01.00.00 sec - The blister remained on my hand, still looked quite bad
05.00.00 sec - Avoiding the temptation to pop it, I go to bed. No pain.
15.00.00 sec - The bump had deflamed into a small lump.
28.00.00 sec - It is now a small red mark in the center of my hand. Hurts to press.
Moral of Lesson: Shoot yourself with a BB gun.....in safety.
Next time, I'll shoot myself in the big toe.
