Please stop talking about a console bound to fail.
For the millionth time, here are the details (they were announced over a year ago!)
Indrema is based on Linux, and like the OS, will be open source. This means that ordinary people can make games for the machine- just like the PSX Yoaroze, but without the extra cost.
The console is aimed at hardcore gamers, and budding games programmers, and it is thought that they buy such a disproportionate number of games that the console will be a success.
Although the open source idea is great, that problem is that there aren't any "big" developers on board... also the console was initially thought up as a joke, and hasn't really got past that stage. With no bugdet for advertising etc, do u really expect the console that is just round the corner (launching in summer time) to be a success???
