My college have set up a second firewall which seems to prevent the ability to ftp,

so I can't upload anything to my website, unless I can get onto my admin page on one of these "pain in the butt" machines.

I have the same problem at work, you can install a bouncer to bounce around the firewall if your that desperate (put bouncer into search box on www.download.com). I daren't do it at work, they would put my bits in a vice.
