I only play SWAT 4 online on the Co-Op mode. It's great, but if you die straight away, you may as well go make a cuppa as the levels can take aaages, especially if the last guy alive has injured his leg :(

I haven't played that online yet but that's my biggest worry it hasn't got any patch or cheat protection as of yet but it's still a good game.
Definitely get Battlefield 2 when it's out. You'll be able to DL a Demo within the next 7 days.
SWAT 4 is okay, but more and more people are exploiting the game - you can actually ARREST a teammate now.... shocking.
Command and Conquer Generals is quite fun.
There's always HALO, FAR CRY, HL2 Deathmatch you can play... just see what takes your fancy.

I highly recommend Call Of Duty.
