I have recently purchased Rise of Nations, and to my dissapointment the frame rate is awful. Is this just me, or is it the developers fault. I'm pretty sure that i'll need a graphics card, but i'm not sure...
You'll need at least a 16mb graphics card to run the game at minimum.

If you enable "not slow" mode, it should work. It doesn't matter that you haven't even told us what graphicds card you have (or system specs), as all graphics cards have a "not slow" mode!
