VERY VERY tight at the top with joint 1st place maintained by DW and Badgerman! The battle for 4th place is also under tight competition.
A lot of people won their bets with Paraguay winning 4-1 in the end. However, Absolut Neo again and Foreman lost all their points so everyone has been given 10 points to aid them. Although Absolut Neo lost all his points, he still managed to maintain the last champions league place!
This bet will cover the champions league with Juventus at home against Galatasaray. Another difficult bet with dirty turks and Mr Edgar!
Juventus to win :- 2 times what you put on
Galatasaray to win :- 3 times what you put on
Draw :- 3 times what you put on

I plan to do 4 groups of 4 betting against each other once and then the top two of each qualify for knockouts. I plan to use your technique of betting like how many goals and first goalscorer etc.
I want to start this for when the main group stages for the champions league kick off!

I know the match had only kicked off for 5mins, but it comes down to two basic meanings: BEFORE and AFTER. You must always (as in the rules of Betting) bet before a bet is agreed upon, not after. You wouldn't be able to bet on a man jumping to his death while he was already half-way there, would you? =P

What if Galatasary had scored a couple of goals in the first few minutes of the game?
Unlikely I know, but would you still have betted on Juve if that had happened? would you have betted at all?
