Hello all.

I have been trying to install my Webcam for a while now. I've had it installed before, but somebody else did it..!
Each time I try, it finds a different problem.

The first it comes up with is:

The file "C:\Program Files\Trust\SpaceC@m Lite\task.exe' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory.

Anybody know what the problem might be? Help is - yet again - much appreciated! As always!
Thank you.

Damn! It plays up all the time I install it. It's only ever started playing up since I tryed installing on XP.
Now, for some reason, it won't show anything. The webcam, that is.
No picture, video or anything.

If I go use Windows Movie Maker or something similar to try and record something, the errors it comes up with are:

"The video device is currently in use. Close any other applications that is using the device and try again."

"The video device cannot be used at this time because there has been an error starting the device."

Any ideas as to what that could be?!

Also, I'm sure it's got something to do with the TWAIN driver..
I have downloaded the latest drivers for the camera itself, but haven't touched anything to do with TWAIN.

Manually verify the file is there. If it is, I'd try uninstalling and then reinstalling, this time specifying a different directory to install to. Make one up - C:\Program Files\SpaceCam\ is as good as any.

Or your computer has taken a dizzy.

Have you tried reinstalling the program?

Have you upgraded any part of your PC since it was last installed?
