Looks like Ranieri is second choice at best for Chelsea. Makes you wonder how long he will last...
Nice guys don't get you anywhere - just ask Glen Roeder.
What i respect about rainieri is he is one of those "nice guy" managers who unlike fergie, houllier and Wenger isn't always moaning to the press or putting down other teams, he just tries to express himself through his football. He has assembled a top quality team and got us into the CL in a year of non-spending, so i think he deserves a chance to show what he can do with top level resources, I'd be furious if we sacked rainieri
"Sorry, could you say again?"
"Que?"

don't forget the old classic:
"The pitch is a bi*ch"
Of course he meant "beach", referring to the amount of sand on it. But I laughed when I read that. Or the time when he said he wanted his players to play like "pirates". Excuse me? What the hell does that mean?
Or what about the time he said he wanted to "beat my [his] players with sticks"?
The guy is a legend.

If they get rid of Ranieri before he does anything wrong, the fans won't like it. Afterall, he's the man that got them into Europe, having spend no money at the start of last season.
I'll miss Ranieri if he leaves the Premier League, because he's a complete nut bar.
