Tony Hawk 2 Back on Track
Nintendo 64 owners have at least one more reason to hang on to the console. Click here for more.
Activision told IGN64 today that though it decided to cancel the Nintendo 64 version of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 for release last year, the game is now once again scheduled to debut for the console -- now, later this year. Developer Edge of Reality, the Texas based firm that ported the original Tony Hawk game to Nintendo 64, is believed to once again be behind the sequel.
The title will be a direct port of the PlayStation game, with marginal graphic upgrades, just as was executed for last year's N64 rendition. Activision will issue a formal release about the sequel hitting Nintendo 64 in early March.
