You can find out at www.globalrichlist.com. Stick in your annual wages (or pocket money) and it tells you how many people you are richer than and how many people are richer than you. It's one of those sites that are supposed to make you think really, really hard, but is quite fun anyway. It might make people stop going "waaah waaah waaah, immigrants stole all my money, I am soooo poor" but it probably won't.

On a sort of connected note, dirty commie newspaper the Guardian has a supplement on trade this morning. I've only read bits of it, but it looks very interesting. All about how we're screwing over the third world in a comprehensive manner. Nice cheerful reading matter for a Monday morning. Available at all good newsagents.

more amusingly you can by reverse trial and error work out how much people earn!
Good market research tool this SR could have made this thread to get market research, with out having to ask the survey question everyone refuses to answer: "what is your basic salary".
Using that you could tell to with in £50 what those who have replied on higher wages, are earning.
