I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of this, for the simple reason that I would REALLY like to have (willing to pay) the little album-book thingy (:-P) for it.

I have a copy and it's signed, so I would like to keep it in good condition...

So... I was wondering if someone had a copy of the album booklet-thingy that they didn't particularily want/willing to part with for some money..
