Friday night my PS2 packs up.
THe drive won't work, won't read any disc of any kind, be it music, DVD or games (ps1 and ps2).
Phone T**co, for that is where I bought it before Xmas, only to be told that 28 days had expired and there was nothing they could do.
After a stand-up row with the manager, who offered me £300 gift tokens, I went back home and phoned Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.

They put me on hold for about 2 mins, took my details and are sending a courier on Wed for a straight swap.

No hanging about, no questions, no hassles.

I'm the 1st to complain when I get shoddy service,but I applaud Sony for acting quickly and reliably.

That is all.
