I have a spare 20 quid.

It's either going on:

1) Ghost Recon: Island Thunder

or

2) GBA to Cube link cable + GBA mains adaptor. This is so I can finally get Doom multiplayer going on my GB Player.

I realise this is technically games related, but dammit I want some replies before I go and get one of these at about 1pm. :)

Good choice.

I have the original ghost recon, cant say i like it too much, im still on the first level.
The AI is too smart they just start shooting you when you can even see them and it is too annoying.
So i stopped it after 1 day, havnt played it sine.

:D

It's a tough one. If the GBA stuff is just over 20 quid then I'll get GR:IT.

Otherwise I'll wait t'il I get some more money and/or Xbox Live.

I still have a lot to get through in the original Ghost Recon yet. :D

Having Looked through the reviews on IGN it really has to be the GBA stuff.

Then I can get split screen gaming going, which is something I've wanted to get a 2nd xbox for but haven't had the cash.

Doom has 24 levels whereas GR:IT has 12 (and I think some of these are out of the original game).

Also me and my friends can get Doom up to 3/4 player which GR:IT can't do offline.

And finally I can get more cheap multiplayer GB games if I get the multiplayer setup I want completed. Roll on Ecks Vs Sever 1+2, Doom II, Advance wars 1+2 and Mario Kart.

Yep, it has to be the GBA stuff.

I'd spend it on dvd's to be honest. I can't get enough of them!

But out of the two I would get the Ghost Recon thing.

But don't I need to GB tie-in versions of the GC games to get the link up niceties?

I'd say Ghost Recon.

But you'd seriously benefit more if you had Xbox LIVE aswell.
