Basicly i start my first year of University at the end of September, looking forward to it and all, and even though this sounds a little premature, does anyone have a rough idea of the amount of time you get off from Uni over the Christmas period?
To cut a long story short, ive been invited to spend christmas over in America with someone i know, and im only going to go if i have a decent amount of time off. My University website doesnt give me a clear answer, and i wont know the exact dates till i start. Just wondered if anyone could give me a rough answer or not.
Thanks in advance.
For starters, do you know if your course is modular ? Do the modules you chose have exams in January ? Do they have coursework that needs handing in in January ? And so on.
Unless someone here is on your course at your Uni then the best place is to just ring your Uni and try find out. There should be people there as foreign students can arrive much earlier, plus stuff needs to be sorted for the new term etc
Anyone else any info that might help?

Yes, yes I am. But my "utility belt" (Batman style) keeps it all in.

All that crap of course refers to taking insults from gobby hoodlums, and not being able to do much about it.
