Ah the 6-11am shift, such fun.

Work for an hour, go to toilet because feeling sick. Hurl

Go to get milk out chill... floor wet so I take a header. Get soaked and hurt my wrist and ankle. Half hour later I throw up again.

Eurgh! I haven't thrown-up for about a year, now. And before that, it must've been a good couple years since I last did it, again...

But just thank yourself lucky you weren't sat on the bog forcing something out of the other-end when it all came-back-up - what a mess that was! :S

I was sat ON the toilet, yet I still managed to "fill me pants"!

I remember, I'd be feeling "weird" all afternoon, and with the noises my stomach was making, I thought I just needed a dump....
