Stephen Malkmus.

"Pig Lib" by Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks should be handed out at birth. It's such a brilliant album, carrying on the crazy & wonky work of Pavement. It's bluesy like Kings of Leon, happy like Super Furry Animals, and at it's heaviest, rocks like Nirvana.

The Darkness - Permission to land

It's a gd album as some of the songs are just quality and some just grow on you.

Yeah, I was thinking of getting this. They're marketed like Nu-Metal, but they're definitely not. There's an organ in it FFS!

Various albums from Incubus and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

That's all I really need for music, with all the cack I've been buying, cheaply, on-line, that just seems to turn-out even worse than I was expecting. I really don't know why I buy some of it...!

A fantastic little rock band called Mesh STL. Yes are pretty cool, I wanted to see them in concert here in Glasgow but I couldn't make it. Which was a pity.

Hmm, Stephen Malkmus. I think I've heard one of his songs, but I can't be sure.

I've been listening to a lot of Led Zeppelin recently.

You are into Yes to? Cool!

Bah, they have left out some other excellent songs though, the greatest hits album doesn't seem as good as it could have been. Not to worry, I have nearly all their albums and Yes do rule :)

Aimee Mann - Bachelor No 2 or The Last Remains of the Dodo.

Superb album. She's the girl who did the Magnolia music, by the way.
