What a "nice" film.

I love the film Amelie, it is one of my all-time favourites.

I particularly enjoyed all the little sequences at the start of the film; the ones that make you say 'wow, that was different.'

In fact, now you have mentioned it, I want to see it again.

And Re: the 'Frenchness' of the film- you don't even notice the sub-titles after a while, they just seem to replace the dialogue in your mind.

Brotherhood of the Wolf is a French film. And that's one of the best mystery/action films I've ever seen. So you're wrong about French cinema.

Saw the trailer for it on Sky Box Office a while back and I can safely say there is no way I could watch through all of it, just not my kind of film.
