Sorry Special Reserve! I know you are letting people pre-order the Gameboy Advance but here's my reasoning why:

Playstation 2, able to preorder well in advance and was guaranteed one on release if preordered at a certain time.

Only a few thousnd went out and loads of people disappointed (to my amusement)

Plus loads of machines faulty due to Sony rushing to meet deadlines!

I don't want t repeat of this when it comes to Nintendo!

However nintendo aren't afraid to put back deadlines and people shouldn't complain! It's not often that Nintendo products are faulty!

Don't you think that Nintendo rushing to make lots of units is a bad thing? As a lot more of them will be faulty or with a part missing!

Following the PS2 preordering fiasco, and that is what it was, no two ways about it, I think Nintendo would have learnt a few lessons by watching how it all developed.

Having done this, they shouldn't make the same mistakes that Sony did, (I bet Sega hope they do though), so I see no reason why not to preorder in the future.

Nintendo haved upped the number of GBA's to more than a million now.

Not sure of the figure. "More" is sufficient enough for me.

So far, Nintendo will be manufacturing something around a million GBA units in Japan come March 21st.

They've taken orders for 3 million so far, including mine I might add, since I'm an impatient so and so.

It'll happen here too, although not to the extent of the Japanese launch I wouldn't have thunk.

Actually, Nintendo and Microsoft have both said to companies not to take preorders till summer when the official preorder service starts. In addition, Nintendo can sell more games between no and then!
