Thanks for the help, it has been suggested that i use some program to make a vcd. But for now i'll use the lead i found which reads the card and plays it to the tv. The only problem is it is slower than reading from a disk and the pictures arent in the order i want them to be, but it will have to do for now...

The strange thing is, i can record DVD's :P but not the pics on the cd. But i'll see what i can do...
The thing is DVD players have this thing called Macrovision which scrambles signals when sent to CVRs. I can't remember if it only applies to SCART or if you can bypass it with coaxial or any of that stuff.
My opinion: Try the above setup with SCART and coaxial, it should work. If it doesn't it's probably a result of Macrovision. I think you can buy demacro devices that can help you if this is the case.
Or take your DVD player round to their gaff...?
