I never would've thought Barry Ferguson would've even considered leaving Rangers, providing the club were still on their way towards more success - which they are, now.
But it looks as if even year-after-year of winning 'everything' year-after-year, North-of-the-Border, with only Celtic as your main contenders, must can get boring for any footballer - no matter how much they win.
£7.5m is a good price for him. Not ludicrously high, and not too low.
Just about right, at around the £8m mark, for a player who is still yet to prove himself in the 'major' European competitions, outside of the SPL.
Blackburn seems like a strange club to sign for - without all the others he could've waited for - but, when you think about it, they could be just about right for him.
They're not as "big" as United or Arsénal, so there'll be less pressure on him to impress and perform-well as soon as he arrived at the club.
Blackburn are a club "on-the-rise", and Barry Ferguson could be just the kind of signing they need, after the loss of Duff and Dunn.
I'll be interested to see how he works with players like Andy Cole, Dwight Yorke and Tugay around him...

I think they'll come 6th or 7th, have to say they were quite poor today and lacked fluidity, but they showed a good spirit and dug deep when chels got aggressive.

Looks like Blackburn are trying to make up for selling Dunn and Duff. I would love to of seen how well they would of done if they kept hold of them.

I just wanted him for a bit of reinforcement for the midfield for when Gerard and Hamman are injured.
Well Liverpool need some players as they have had a poor start to there season.
