If anyone has bought the LG DVD-3200E or is thinking about buying it here is the region hack for it so that it can play a dvd disc from any region.
1) Power on player with no disc in tray
2) Press PAUSE
3) Key in 314159 (The display will now show "CODE 00")
5) Select your chosen region. For multi-region, select 0
6) Press PAUSE again
7) Power off player
8) Wait about 15-30 mins and there you go a multiregion dvd
player.

You got the last point wrong. There is no need to wait any amount of time and in most cases you don't even need to power off your player - that is dependent on the particular firmware version your player is running.
This is the same as the multiregion code for an LG3350 and an Aiwa 370.
