Just downloaded media player 9 and went to set it up but it says system restore is turned off on my computer and it needs to be turned on for setup.

How do I turn it back on?

Kyz - Control Panel = System = System Restore tab, there is a tick box to turn it on.

Um well, if you screw your system up, you go system restore and it will put your computer back to when it was last running good.

I would say yes leave it on.
