You've exceeded the 300 posts now, you just need 600 words or so. You don't really need to spam since it isn't that hard to run up 600 words across several posts, and even if you did one 600 word post it wouldn't update until tomorrow anyway.

I'd say just continute posting normally and you'll pass the 600 words tonight without too many problems. Being a regular isn't anything special though.
