Im very used to the old sendstring (OLE) method within VB6, but cannot figure ou the new alternative in .NET - Anyone know what the new format is? Or any alternative methods for moving a string from one VB.NET exe over to another?

i dont know if youve used java at all, but its pretty much the same. everything in .net is now an object and as a result, every object has a number of methods hanging off it. its what j2ee has been doing for years. anything to do with form handling in java is pretty nasty.
