You can field 11 non eu players if you want now it doesn't matter, qualifying for a work permit is allthat counts!
Er and yes, crespo got 9 goals in the champions league last season and was top scorer in italy the year before last. And is rated in the top 10 strikers in the world maybe the top 5. If we sign him, chelsea will actually have ridiculous strength, and only a world class holding midfielder could make us stronger and even that may prove unnecessary.
