He used a flaw in the system to post under other peoples names, except it said 'USER REMOVED' below the name. He didn't do it in that many topics and didn't make out that he'd 'hacked' SR like Tribute did.
He deserves another chance.

If we could still see the threads in question, I'm completely sure that it would prove that Hercules was the one who calmed everything down towards the end of the incident. He didn't take anything nearly as far as Triubte did, which is why I believe he should be given a second chance.
Hercules didn't pretend to have hacked SR etc. He just made some jokes. I don't think he should be banned just because he used the fault a few times to try and be funny. Again, Hercules didn't do anything worse than DW, really, he just did it a few more times.
He also apologised towards the end of the incident, not when it was over, as Tribute carried on for quite a while after Herc stopped.

Exactly, after the incident, not during, after - when it became apparent his and Tribute's time on SR was limited to the speed Snuggly and co could read the server record...
