I've follow the instruction and my form mail is working good. But it just don't re-direct to my thanks.htm for acknowledgement.

Where should I upload my thanks.htm page? htdocs, cgi-bin? or what?

I finally made it, and I made it without '/forms' as below:

<..."success_redirect" value=
"http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/thank_you.html">

As long as the file you point to in the FORM HTML matches the file you create the name doesn't matter.

Do I have to stick to the file name: thank_you.html? mine is thanks.htm, will that be the problem? Thanks!

Annn - You would normally put the thank_you.html in the same directory as the HTML for the FORM. i.e. If you've created a CONTACT page that contains the email FORM, place the other connected files in the same FOLDER. This will all be under HTDOCS.

If you still can't make this work change the FORM HTML to point directly at the thanks file - i.e.

"http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/forms/thank_you.html">
