But the ending was wrong.
I swear that when I first saw it, he had to say some words to be sent back to his own time, but like he did earlier in the movie, he got them slightly wrong. So we see him back in the hardware store, when a flying skull comes at him, and he blows it away.
Now that's the ending to the movie that I remembered.
But last night, that didn't happen.
Oh no.
He was given a potion, and told to drink six drops to get back to his own time. So he shut himself in a cave, but lost count, and took seven, waking up late to a scene of destruction.
What the Hell was that all about?
Am I going senile, or does this movie have more than one ending?
don't know why.
I prefer the supermarket one too, the other one doesn't look right and is basically crap.
although it leaves it wide open for a sequel set in the future, which could be quite good.
maybe that's why they did, so they had the choice of two directions for the sequel (should it be made)
