I'll start with... Tony Hawks Underground 2 on the PS2
Its not quite as good as the other games in the series and has a different playing style in the story mode but the "classic" mode is similar to the early games and its still worth playing if you're a fan of the series.

Morrowind, Shadow Ops in multi, Tetris on the GB and I've finished Mission:impossible operation surma in less than two days, quite short but really fun and there's another difficulty setting to go through yet n'all.

San Andreas for the PC. It's really quite awesome.
I've been playing a lot of older games. I've been playing Championship Manager 97/98 which was probably the easiest, pick-up-and-playable CM that I have.
I've also been playing Mario Golf and Paper Mario on the N64. The similarities between the original Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door one on the Gamecube are extremely noticeable.
