As many Television shows are available on DVD, wouldn't it make sense for discussions in the 'Television' forum to be able to win Filmaday, rather than Gameaday?

It says on the Filmaday.co.uk page that discussions in DVD & Movies can win, but what about Television?

Farther Ted is a quality show, just a pitty it had to end in such sad circumstances.

Ah, but the rules are that posting in ANY forum can win you the game of your choice, excluding the DVD & Movies forum, in which you win a DVD.

So you can write about TV and win a game.

Shouldn't you win a DVD?

Not that there's ever a decent topic posted in the Television forum.....

I was going to say this yesterday, but felt that it might trash this topic a bit so I didn't say it. But I'm going to say it now:

Football is on DVD
Lots of documentaries are on DVD...
I could go on.

So should the football and life in general forums be included too?

I can see your point, but I think it's just a case of SR having to draw the line somewhere, or else they may need an extra work experience student to read all the reviews.

Big Brother, Ali G and Buffy the Vampire Slayer are 3 examples of TV shows that you could get on DVD, so comments made in the Television Forum should be allowed to win Filmaday.

And yes I know that Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a film first, but I'm not talking about that.

Kirsty Swanson was a far superior Buffy, and Luke Perry was in it.

Luke Perry's character was called Pike, the equivolent character in the TV show is called Zander, which is like a lesser version of the fish, pike.
