It was file name ending in 0022, now I've deleted that it is picking up .....0023 (didn't pick it up before) there are two folders that contain these .TMP files (duplicate files it seems with the same names), you can see from the address bar where it is installed, any ideas ?

There are several that do that.
I wondered if viruses could infect the files of a virus scanner!
Theyre annoying... I had one similar to that... Try closing all the programs you dont need (basically leaving you with nothing running) Then try and delete it.
Make that a .html.
