Only had about 7 hours sleep over 2 nights and worked about 12 hours

Urgh

I slept until half 4 this afternoon after being up for about an hour between 10 - 11

I had another shower and some paracetamol

get some of the stay awake pills, or just red bull and paracetemol!

Not drinking, just going to a friends house.

i had about 20 hr sleep in a week a couple of months ago , i was in surprisingly good mood at the end of it, though i wasn't actually that tired but thats probably because i was half a sleep the rest of the timeanyway, and in various states of enebriety for the rest of it
