how do i make a tell your friends thing for my site?

you know like there is ten boxes or so and they put in email addresses and when they click submit it sends them a pre-made email?

no i jibbed freeola off. My host allows php so ill look for tht

Are you still with Freeola?

Check what stuff your host allows. PHP is the most common one to use though.
