They never do though. Countless times I've stood in full view of some HMV staff and given my older brother the money to buy a DVD or game I want if I'm not old enough.

Yeah he's over 18 but my Mum got it for me now.
It is not against the law for some parent to buy an 18 rated game for a 15 year old. The shop meanwhile can halt a sale if they believe that is what is going to happen.

Not to be supplied to anyone under the age of 18 which means the shop can't sell it to anyone under 18. If his uncle gets it he is 18 or over (I hope) and therefore he can buy it for Crossbob.
