I'm tempted by the 24 season 1/2 boxset but I really know I should save the cash.

Now I've heard it all.

DVD's on one hand are excellent, on the other hand they're the work of the devil himself. You buy a film one day, the next day some clever schmuck has put out a "super duper muchos longy platinium aye karaamba" the next.

Are no films safe?

I was talking about the LOTR.


I made the mistake of buying the normal DVD of the Fellowship, only to get the extended version later.


This time I have the Oscar TTT downloaded to tide me over until the extended version is released.
