Gah, why do people persist in using WinRAR to compress folders, Windows has compression built in so no one needs Winrar who has XP or ME...or 98 Plus.

Yes, but on a file that size it makes little difference, other than about all windows users can open zip files and most will have to download WINRAR (if anyone is wondering what you need for this file the download WINRAR) which is only shareware and plagues you with 'buy me' pop ups after a while....
