I just started eating one out of the fridge, and it tastes fine, but was I meant to cook it? It says on the back that it is "delicious hot or cold", but does that mean AFTER it's cooked I can let it cool down and eat it? I don't want to die here at my PC, with a half-eaten pasty in my mouth, with a chat room on the screen. Like a nerdy Mama Cass...

No, you can eat pasties cold.

Or at least I do all the time.

Talking of pasties, my mate's family owns all those pasty shops that you've probably seen in stations throughout the country...

I think that it means the pasty will be delicious whether you are hot or cold.

I was kinda hoping you'd do an Elvis.

But if you can eat a tin of beans without cooking it, I'm sure a pastie that tells you that you can eat it cold will be okay.

Well, I've eaten them both now and I was always going to eat them.

Pasties are cooked before they are packaged.

Dont worry about it.
