Just an explanation as to why our sites got deleted about a month ago. It was me, Ph1ll1p and a few others who logged on to complain, but as far as I know the deleted sites weren't even acknowledged, let alone an explanation offered. I used the FREEOLA control panel, have a reference number, yet I still got no reply. I know you're only a small company, but you could at least have said you were moving servers, or Snuggly spilt his coffee in Bob's eyes, or something. Anything!

There was an unforseen server disk problem on the web server which hosted all sites on SR numbers ending in 8 or 9. Unfortunately all content was lost. If your account was affected, then a page would have been uploaded to your web space, called index.shtml, which had a link to the official explanation. It wasn't a very long one though, and didn't really give any more information than I've just given you here.
