Red Jade Inc, a company in America are starting up in the handheld industry…I would rather fight 20 bears than attempt to beat the GBA in this war. I just don’t think that RED JADE has made enough of a name for themselves to compete with…NINTENDO! They are teaming up, well being financially supported by Ericsson and another Swedish company to be able to manufacture this new product, I don’t know any specifics and more info is welcomed with open arms, but as it sounds, they are making a handheld that will be just like a Gameboy / Gamegear to market…get this…TO COMPETE with the GBA, I don’t think so, with news just out and the GBA here in say July in the UK and even NEXT MONTH in Japan I don’t really think that this company has a chance, but hey, we will see what comes of it….advertising with $10 Mil minus production costs…..how much is Billy-o G putting in to the X-Box advertising, I think it was about that much…NOT!

I can’t see this actually going a head but I wish them all the best if it does. All I know about Red Jade is that they are based in San Francisco, I don’t know their past but hopefully I will witness their future!

By the amount of replies so far you can see how successful it's gonna be in Britian!

lol!

I don't think anyone can really compete with Nintendo's GBA at the moment!

The GBA can connect to the Gamecube, you can play 4 players simultaneously sometimes with just one cart, you can send game data and even play over a mobile phone with the mobile adaptor, the games are in 32-bit!

It's gonna be hard to compete with that!

the 8-bit Gameboy beat the 16-bit Gamegear!

Nintendo have had plenty of experience and know what they are doing!
