The problem is with the background, being completely white, and all.
People with high resolutions will find this website a bit crappy because of that...
Try and make sure that it centres in the page, with a black background.
Everything else is fine, I think.

Too babyish, try Stylus BT, very attractive, readable and not too blocky, that's the one'd go for!

ok then how about umm comic sans?
Just a suggestion - go for a different main font. I've always found Times New Roman to be an ugly font for websites.
Something like Arial, Verdana or even Tahoma look more appealing to the eye.

PS: DON@T use frames they are rubbish and annoying, just leave it as one big one......(the way it is now!)

Not bad, lose the circles though, if you didi it is Photo Draw...the circles I mean...see if you can get lines or scratches in stead, they look better, the others COULD BE

3) Cheats
4) Special Reserve , and you could even do a link that means that if anyone comes from your site to S.R you could be entered for the GBA competition....understand?
The first 3 might be hard as it depends on how long you're going to spend on it ... BUT they would give a more 'gaming' feel to the site!
But other that the Circles and the BIG enter link with the small writing, I would say that you're on a winner

Like the buttons especially, but get rid of some of the graphics making up the border, just use a black table background.
