I have just completed the safe combination and I am now in room 109, I think it is Maria who has just given me a knife, do I examine this knife now anyone know, I do believe there is something about certain endings in this game depending on what move I take. Any ideas guys?

The lady who gives you the knife is Angela,you don't really need it for anything special.
