what do you mean, that desn't even make sense, why would the T-1000 have problems with ethics if he was programmed to destroy something even another terminator?
You know that once the liquid metal alloy is stripped off the T-X she is basically just as vunerable as the T-101, so all the T-1000 would have to do is to punch straight through the liquid metal of the T-X and damage her machinery, and thus win the fight. The T-X could not do any permenant damage to the T-1000 since there is no vunerable parts the exploit.
It's just not scary having some big brested bint running round making guns out her arms. Also they never took the opportunity of having nipple cannons in the film, which I was quite annoyed about.
